The process:

To give all students in the class a sense of unity and some moral guidelines with which to treat each other and those we interact act with, I challenged the students to come up with a list of morals/virtues that they saw as keys to becoming a fantastically well balanced and harmonious class (which is what we all strive for in life, to be successful and have fun with others as we do it).

They then had to put the morals/virtues into an acronym that not only us as a class, but others who came into our class could rate us by and measure us as a group/team.

It was a fantastic activity which all students enjoyed. Elsie, Jaida and Alex came up with this acronym along with my assistance. It is situated in the class and outside. We now measure all our actions using this acronym and it keeps all students accountable. We continuely remind each other of this acronym and use it daily in class.
